For the Breathwork guided meditation journey, this is not suitable for: • Severe/critical diseases or infections if it impairs your ability to breathe • Severe uncontrolled hypertension (usually after a heart attack) • Organ failure or late-stage terminal illness • If you have epilepsy, a pacemaker, or irregular heartbeat (Exception: your doctor gives you specific permission). • Some conditions (Eg: Tinnitus, hernias) may be aggravated and careful attention to technique is required. ABOUT ME Hi there! I’m Claudia (Clo for short) I blend ancient wisdom with modern science to create meaningful, practical change. I believe we can live full, modern lives without running on empty. We don’t need more pressure or constant fixing — sometimes the most powerful shift starts with something simple: pause. Reset. Begin again. Through breathwork, brain-based coaching, and holistic practices, I share tools that fit into daily life. My sessions are designed to give you simple, effective techniques — like movement and breath — you can use anytime. They combine action, reflection, community connection, and “me time,” leaving you with clarity, confidence, and a sense of direction.

Cancellation Policy

Attendance and No Show Policy: If a member fails to attend 2 booked classes without providing at least 4 hours notice, A No-Show fee of £10 will be applied. Multiple late cancellations and non-attendance will result in a temporary suspension of membership. Cancellations via Email or Text will not be accepted. To make a cancellation, visit the 'My Bookings' tab under your Account. Drop in bookings are non refundable/non flexible. Members must arrive at the studio 2 minutes prior to the class commencing. Multiple lateness and late cancellations may also result in a temporary suspension of the membership. Fullmoon Soundbath Meditation No shows will be permitted to pay a £10 no show/late cancellation fee. Latecomers not permitted. Puppy Yoga Policy No refunds unless the event is cancelled. You must give 48 hours notice to reschedule your tickets. Adult must accompany a child and pay for their ticket. One adult per two children for health and safety regulations. hs
