Cancellation Policy

Attendance and No Show Policy: If a member fails to attend 3 booked classes without providing at least 4 hours notice of cancellation, their membership may be suspended for 2 weeks. A No-Show fee of £10 will be applied for multiple late cancellations and non-attendance. Cancellations via Email or Text will not be accepted. To make a cancellation, visit the 'My Bookings' tab under your Account. Drop in bookings are non refundable/non flexible. Members must arrive at the studio 2 minutes prior to the class commencing. Multiple lateness and late cancellations may also result in a temporary suspension of the membership. Fullmoon Soundbath Meditation No shows will be permitted to pay a £10 no show/late cancellation fee. Latecomers not permitted. Puppy Yoga Policy No refunds unless the event is cancelled. You must give 48 hours notice to reschedule your tickets. Adult must accompany a child and pay for their ticket. One adult per two children for health and safety regulations.
