Pilates can also help you strengthen your pelvic floor muscles, which support your womb, bladder and bowel. Postnatal Pilates is low impact and a great place to start after birth, aiming to strengthen deep core muscles, pimprove your stability, engage your pelvic floor and help you reconnect with your body after having a baby.
