Service Description
Pilates exercise during pregnancy prepares a woman for labor. Improving the flexibility of the trunk and pelvic floor muscles and ensuring correct breathing can facilitate the labor process. Pilates has been shown to reduce labor pain may help you get ready for labour and birth and speed up your recovery afterwards. Pilates can also help you strengthen your pelvic floor muscles, which support your womb, bladder and bowel. Postnatal Pilates is low impact and a great place to start after birth, aiming to strengthen deep core muscles, pimprove your stability, engage your pelvic floor and help you reconnect with your body after having a baby.

Cancellation Policy
Attendance and No Show Policy: If a member fails to attend 3 booked classes without providing at least 2 hours notice of cancellation, their membership may be suspended for 2 weeks. A No-Show fee may be applied for multiple late cancellations and non-attendance. Please ensure timely cancellations to avoid disruptions. Cancellations via Email or Text will not be accepted. To make a cancellation, visit the 'My Bookings' tab under your Account. Lateness will not be accepted and members must arrive at the studio 2 minutes prior to the class commencing. If the member is not on time, the doors will be closed and the member will not be allowed to enter. Multiple lateness and late cancellations may also result in a temporary suspension of the membership. Puppy Yoga Policy No refunds unless the event is cancelled. You must give 48 hours notice to reschedule your tickets. Adult must accompany a child and pay for their ticket. One adult per two children for health and safety regulations.
