About the event
This is a two hour workshop designed to support Mums to be with rest, relaxation and breathing whilst strengthening muscles that support baby. It will help you to prepare for birth and adapt to physical, mental and emotional change.
Pregnancy yoga focuses on poses for pregnant women, in order to increase strength and flexibility. It also helps pregnant Women to develop proper breathing and relaxation techniques for easier and more comfortable labor.
My practice is holistic based. The pregnancy journey begins from the womb, nurturing mother and baby from 1st trimester to labour, with the direction of specifically modified postures and guided breath.
