Cancellation Policy
Attendance and No Show Policy: If a member fails to attend 3 booked classes without providing at least 2 hours' notice of cancellation, their membership may be suspended for 1 week. Please ensure timely cancellations to avoid disruptions. Cancellations via Email or Text will not be accepted. To make a cancellation, visit the 'My Bookings' tab under your Account. Any class no- show will incur a £10 no-show fee and the customer will not be allowed to book until that fee is paid. If the customer paid by using their class bundle, they will lose the value of their single class price. Lateness will not be accepted and members must arrive at the studio 2 minutes prior to the class commencing. If the member is not on time, the doors will be closed and the member will not be allowed to enter. Multiple lateness may also result in a temporary suspension of the membership.
